Tiberius was an Elder who was sent to Earth to assist The Quest Corps in defeating Prometheus. After Prometheus destroyed the gateway connecting the Elders to the planet Earth, Tiberius became stuck, searching for a way to return to his former home.
He eventually joined The Quest Corps officially, before being killed by Master Evil whilst searching for The Gauntlet Of The Elders.
